Hey it’s me and the chunky pig snugglin on the couch. He photographs well. Don’t you think?
Well it is pretty much a given that people just drive like shit in general. But I wanted to point out a few of things that piss me off especially.
- I hate it when I’m at a red light and I’m going to turn right, but I often choose to wait until the light turns green rather than turn on red. Ya know sometimes visibility isn’t so great or whatever. Plus I’m not usually in hurry. I guess that’s not so for the asshole behind me that sees my turn signal on and decides to honk at me and give me dirty looks I can see in my rear view mirror. You have pretty much guaranteed the fact that I will wait until the green light. Fuckers.
- I drive by a school on my way to work in the morning (which is probably the only time I get really impatient driving). Parents choose to just stop by the side of the road and let there kids out. Then they wait for their teenage kids to cross the street in front of them. All while I get to just sit there and wait. Then the light turns yellow…and mom speeds up to get through. I, on the other hand get to wait for the next green light. Assholes.
- Couple slightly different scenarios here but same kinda thing.
- I’m turning left at an intersection and I have to wait until it is clear. The person behind me is too impatient to wait the few seconds, and decides to nudge their way to the right around me in order to go straight at the intersection.
- Otherwise I’m the person who is behind the car wanting to go straight, and I have the patience to wait. But the guy behind me does not, and tries to get around me. I just want to nudge my way over the right just to block him. I don’t understand why people can’t see this as dangerous. If there in the opposite direction turning left, they can’t see you very easily.
So all in all…this is why I rarely drive anymore. I just make Mike drive everywhere
