Why is that when you call customer service, before you can talk to a real person, you are forced to navigate though various prompts and nested menus with what seems like never ending questions. But when you are finally transferred to that customer service representative, what is the first thing they say, “How can I help you?” Do they really have no access to the information you just gave them in those damn menus??? Fuck that. What is the god damn point.

One time we went to the Verizon Wireless store, and they told us we had to stop at one of the kiosks to fill out some various information about why we were there, and our name and stuff, and after all that, we still had to dictate all the same damn info to one of the reps. Bull shit. I’m tired of it.

It seems like I’ve watched a bunch of movies lately.

One Missed Call
Sort of Ring-esque sort of movie with annoying college kids. They get voice mails from the future where they can hear their own death. The creepiest part of the whole movie was this scene where there is this little ghost baby with a cell phone…I know that sounds silly…but it really creeped me out. You have to watch it just for that part. 2 out of 5 stars

Alien vs. Predator: Requiem
I liked this movie better than the first one. My big annoyance with this movie though, was the fact that it was so dark…it was really hard to see what was going on. Kind of a waste of all the cool special effects when you are struggling to even see them.

27 Dresses
This movie now that I think about it, didn’t really have a great plot and wasn’t written all that great. But Katherine Heigl made it worth watching. I think she took all the bland dialog and made it cute and quirky. It’s worth a see if you’re bored.

Sex and the City
I laughed a bunch. I almost cried at points. It was a very, very good movie. It seemed like it was all so relevant to my own life too. But overall it was just good seeing all the girls back together again. Definitely go see this one.
